Staying healthy means taking time for our health. Tagawa Greenhouse offers sick pay accrual to all staff for those times when we need to care for ourselves and our families.

Immediately upon starting, full-time and part-time year-round staff are eligible for our paid vacation program that increases in earned time with each year of continuous employment. Seasonal and temporary employees are not eligible.
